Job Title: Project Interior Architect

Location : Bangalore

Work Experience : Relevant experience of 8+ years of which minimum 3 years in a Leadership/Managerial role.

Role Overview: Oversee assigned project in totality from inception to completion with responsibility of the project and juniors under them. Should handle project in totality with proper coordination with site and consultant. Reporting to team head should be seamless.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
• Oversee projects end-to-end, from post-design development through site execution and final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Review, approve, and release construction, service coordination, and GFC drawings with technical accuracy and compliance to codes and standards.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, statutory regulations, specifications, and site conditions.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality benchmarks, and PER targets.
• Conduct and lead client meetings, ensuring client satisfaction and a positive project experience.
• Manage site coordination and resolve execution-stage technical and design issues.
• Mentor, guide, and upskill junior architects and interior designers; ensure team productivity and performance.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and coordination with leadership and stakeholders.
