About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Project Head to lead and deliver large-scale EPC infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with deep technical expertise, strong execution capabilities, and a proven track record in managing high-value projects from concept to commissioning.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale EPC projects
• Drive strategic planning, project scheduling, and resource optimization
• Oversee civil design coordination and MEP system integration
• Ensure project delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, contracts, and site operations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and senior management
• Implement strong governance, risk management, and compliance practices
• Drive performance, productivity, and safety standards across projects

Role Requirements

Proven leadership experience in Large-Scale EPC Projects

Strong expertise in Civil Design & MEP Systems

Extensive experience in Data Center Projects & Commercial Buildings (Highly Preferred)

Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English & Tamil

Strong strategic planning and execution excellence

Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams
