Project Head – PCB Designing

We are looking for a PCB Design Head who can lead our design team, train juniors, and manage complete end-to-end hardware development from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead schematic design, PCB layout (112 layers), DFM/DFT , stack-up design
• Train and mentor junior engineers in design, firmware integration, and documentation
• Guide R&D , new product development, component selection
• Oversee BOM creation, vendor negotiation, and cost optimization
• Prepare technical & commercial quotations with accurate costing
• Coordinate with fabrication and assembly teams for successful prototype release
• Review firmware integration (STM32, ESP32, PIC, etc.) and support debugging
• Client-facing technical discussions & project ownership

Requirements

• 715 years experience in PCB Design & Hardware R&D
• Strong in KiCad/Altium , high-speed design, power electronics, EMI/EMC
• Understanding of firmware, embedded systems & testing procedures
• Experience in BOM, sourcing, and local vendor negotiations
• Leadership mindset, ability to train and build a strong team
