Role Description

Jeet Homes Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Project Head to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale real estate projects. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, people management skills and the ability to deliver projects on time, within cost and as per quality benchmarks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall project planning, execution & monitoring

Complete responsibility of site execution, quality, cost & timelines

Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors & vendors

Approvals, drawings, BOQs, tenders & contract finalization

Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, safety & labour laws

Lead site engineers, supervisors & project teams

Daily, weekly & monthly progress reporting to Management / MD

Risk identification, cost optimization & issue resolution

Ensure adherence to brand quality and project standards

Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech (Civil) Mandatory

15+ years of proven experience in real estate project execution

Experience in high-rise residential / township / premium projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC & contracts

Excellent leadership, decision-making & communication skills

Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD (preferred)
