Milestone Aluminium is looking for a Project Finance Executive to support financial monitoring and analysis of faade projects from initiation to completion.

Job Purpose

The Project Finance Executive will be responsible for monitoring project financial performance, tracking budgets, controlling costs, monitoring billing and collections, and preparing financial dashboards to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor financial performance of ongoing projects

Track budget vs actual project costs and identify variances

Monitor key cost components such as materials, fabrication, subcontracting, logistics, and installation

Identify potential cost overruns, financial risks, and delays impacting project profitability

Prepare project finance dashboards and MIS reports for management review

Track project billing based on milestones and ensure invoices are raised on time

Monitor client payments and outstanding receivables

Maintain project-wise cash flow tracking

Conduct project cost analysis and profitability assessment

Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Design, Stores, and Finance teams for accurate project financial tracking

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce

MBA in Finance preferred

35 year's experience in Project Finance / Construction / Manufacturing industry

Key Skills

Financial analysis and project cost monitoring

Advanced Excel and MIS reporting

Budget tracking and cost control

Understanding of project financial lifecycle
