Project Finance Specialist

Role: Debt Fund Raising

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile

In this role of debt finance specialist, you will have to strategize financing structures in collaboration with the team and analyze portfolio to explore refinancing fresh financing opportunities, structure, negotiate and close transactions (including information memorandum, financial models and other deal papers) and strengthen ongoing and building new relationships through constant liaisoning with banks/ financial Institutions/ LIE/LLC/ valuers lawyers etc., thus enabling constant business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in due diligence activities of the financial institutions for the funding requirement of the Lodha.
• Prepare financial models, CMAs, NBGs, proposal notes, information memorandums and other material as per transaction requirements in consonance with project lenders.
• Ensure timely drawdown and compliance of all pre disbursement and post disbursement conditions incl documentation, security creation, etc.
• Develop deeper understanding of project approvals, legal documentation, mortgage registration requirements.
• Continuously monitor projects funded, red flag problems and anticipating bankers requirements and be ready with solutions.
• Stay abreast with latest trends developments in Project finance and communicate and ideate with team external parties.

Practice and Other Requirements

• Should have sound knowledge of different financial products and good understanding of banking system.
• Experience of working on the Infrastructure sector/Real Estate Sector.
• The person is expected to have good understanding of credit appraisal process and should be well versed with banking policies and guidelines.
• Good communication skills and develop good rapport with the internal teams and external parties.
• Understanding of debt Capital market would be an added advantage.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience

Skills: Excellent transaction execution capabilities

Qualification: CA / MBA Finance from a reputed institute
