About the Role : NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited is currently looking for a Project Finance professional for a full-time position in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in project finance in any of the infrastructure sectors, such as Roads, Renewable energy, Power Transmission, Ports, Airports, Warehousing, Hospitals etc.

Responsibilities :

• Origination of deals and business development: Managing Credit Appraisal and Financial modelling wrt infrastructure /project financing
• Liaising with clients for transaction activities like information gathering, due diligence, negotiation on term-sheets etc.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders (legal, risk, compliance, syndication bank etc/client) to bring the deal to closure
• Making a Financial model and writing credit appraisal notes for committee approval wrt infrastructure /project financing
• Build complex financial Modelling and conduct Financial Due Diligence to evaluate project viability and recommend risk mitigation
• Negotiation with Clients (on the Termsheet) on regular transactions and bringing the deal to closure in the company's favour.
• Negotiation with borrowers on complex transactions and closing the deal in the company's favour.
• Presenting to various committees facts, data, insights, assumptions and responding to queries by senior management and Directors.
• Sector Expertise in a minimum of 1 sector (Subject Matter expert). Sector landscape, opportunities, competition.
• Sector experience: Renewable, Power, Transport (Road & Airport), Warehousing, Social Infra (Hospital, Education), Datacenter etc

Qualifications :

• CA or MBA (Tier I or Tier II college)
• Experience: 5 years to 9 years (Associate/AVP)
