Documentation and Compliance
To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance,
ongoing basis with product partners / OSD / Risk Management and other Relationship Management group
Interacting and closing project reports with various Lenders Consultant like: Lenders Engineer, Lenders Legal Counsel, Lenders Traffic Consultant, etc. Negotiation and closure of project finance documentation with Client Legal Counsel & Lenders Legal Counsel
Credit assessment
Preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum, Memos, Updates for new and renewal proposal.
Detailed Financial analysis including finalization of financial model
Following internal approval processes for the loan sanction
Tracking of covenants and management of exceptions / deviations
Inspections / Site visits/Consortium Meeting
Meet with all pre-disbursal and post disbursal compliance
