Project Finance - Credit - 3+Years

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive credit reviews of project finance transactions across global markets.
• Analyse key information including financial statements, operations/progress reports, asset summary reports, and debt structures.
• Build detailed financial models with driver-based revenue assumptions and projections for 57 years.
• Perform detailed financial statement analysis and credit research using loan origination documents, prior assessments, and secondary sources.
• Prepare comprehensive credit assessment reports covering business model, funding structure, key strengths and risks, and the projects operational and financial risk profile.
• Assess cash flow sustainability, debt servicing capability, and overall creditworthiness of the project/entity.
• Provide industry analysis and market outlook, evaluating the projects positioning within its operating environment.
• Conduct credit evaluation of borrower transaction history, collateral assessment, covenant monitoring, and covenant projections.
• Identify early warning signals and potential credit risks where applicable.

Requirements

• MBA / CA / Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. CFA certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in project finance, credit analysis, credit research, or financial modelling within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, and credit risk assessment frameworks.
• Experience working with complex financial models and financial statement linkages.
• Good understanding of lending processes, bank guarantees, and covenant monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and report writing ability.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
