Project Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of web, app, and integrated digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives, in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Assist in managing and maintaining tech projects (websites, mobile applications, and related digital products) ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Track and monitor project progress, preparing detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, SEO, Brand Solutions, Tech, Design, etc.) to execute integrated digital projects.
• Maintain updated project documentation, including plans, reports, roadmaps, and other essential materials throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth and continuous communication between internal teams, stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
• Analyze project performance and contribute insights to improve timelines, processes, and overall execution strategy.
• Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to interpret website performance and derive actionable insights.
• Identify project blockers and work with the Project Manager to resolve them efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or 23 years of proven experience in project management (preferably in tech or digital environments).
• Strong interest and understanding of website & mobile app management, SEO fundamentals, and digital ecosystems.
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console .
• Technical aptitude to communicate effectively with development, design, and QA teams.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMP) is highly desirable.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
