Additional Certification in water treatment design will be an advantage

3-4 years of experience in managing EPC/execution of STP/ETP/RO Projects

Proven track record of handling multiple project sites

Vendor, contractor and client management experience

Project scheduling, budgeting and resource planning

Knowledge of safety compliance and statutory norms

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Proficiency in MS Project preferred

Lead execution of water & Wastewater treatment projects from start to handover.

Plan, organize, and oversee all project activities related to procurement, installation and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plants/ Effluent Treatment Plants/ Reverse Osmosis Plants/ Ultrafiltration Plants and Water Treatment Plants.

Develop project plans, timelines and cost control measures

Coordinate with design, procurement and execution teams

Conduct site evaluations and monitor progress at project locations.

Manage client interactions and ensure quality & safety compliance

Drive successful commissioning, documentation and project closure.

Lead the preparation, review, and approval of process, civil, mechanical, and electrical designs for Sewage Treatment Plants/ Effluent Treatment Plants/ Reverse Osmosis Plants/ Ultrafiltration Plants and Water Treatment Plants.

Prepare PFD, P&ID, equipment sizing, technical BOQ and cost estimates

Coordinate with vendors for equipment selection and specifications

Collaborate with project and execution teams to ensure design compliance

Support tender documentation and client technical queries

Drive innovation and improvement in process design

Perform routine inspection, servicing, and maintenance of pumps, blowers, motors, valves, compressors, and RO systems.

Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults and ensure timely rectification.
