Job Description

Location

Noida / Pune. Travel – 50 to 70% (Actual travel will vary based on business and work requirement).

About the Role

Job Purpose:

• Deliver & execute the assigned project on time with good quality, cost effectiveness and high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure technical deliverables matches project requirements. Supports in saving engineering cost through use of productivity tools, standardization, repeatable applications, and technical expertise.

Job Assignment:

• Complete tasks in automation projects such as design, programming & commissioning
• Target completion of automation projects on time and meet customer requirements.
• Support project manager & lead engineer to solve technical problems.
• Development of new integrated solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver/execute assigned project work and ensure to meet 100% quality (Scope, Schedule and Budget defined for the project) and high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follows the procedure of RA engineering standards and in LCS Quality Management System (QMS) while executing project work.
• Support standardization in project and applications. Maximize reusability of standardized documents, applications, and engineering in projects.
• Proactive communication to lead engineer / project manager.
• Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team's capabilities.
• Support Lead Engineer on technical issues and work closely with them to achieve customer acceptance.
• Work closely with the project manager to achieve customer acceptance. Demonstrate application & technical expertise to get repeat orders and retain customer satisfaction. Participates in capability demonstrations and sales support activities whenever required.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education (SKEE):

• Full time bachelor's degree in Core engineering branches (electrical, instrumentation and electronics & communication). 2 – 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Good knowledge and understanding of core subjects with basic knowledge of programming languages e.g. C, C++ etc..
