The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.
Responsibilities

Coordinate with Engineering team for getting drawings BOQ on time, to get drawing Approvals from client consultants.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers for timely manufacturing and delivery of components, ensure quality control.
Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
Responsible for RFI and submittal process
Processes owner billings, payment follw ups ensure timely payment recipt and maintain proper project cash flow.
Ready to move to site to resolve technical, Commercial, operational hurdles arises during project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
3 - 5 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager.
job execution experience in oil & gas, power Industries is prefferable.
Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standard
