Project Engineer Interior Fit-out

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage execution ofhigh-end residential interior projects , ensuring superior quality, design accuracy, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise premium residential interior works on site
• Coordinate with designers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and luxury finish standards
• Manage schedules, site progress, and quality inspections
• Handle snag closure and support final handover

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 58 years experience inluxury residential interior fit-outs
• Strong knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and detailing
• Excellent site coordination and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Ability to interpret interior drawings and BOQs
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
