Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Project Engineer

The Project Engineer will be responsible for overall project execution including procurement tracking, vendor coordination, fabrication monitoring, logistics planning, and site deployment. The role ensures projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Develop and maintain project execution schedules.
• Monitor project milestones and identify potential delays.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Track procurement of project equipment and materials, delivery to factory and site
• Coordinate with vendors regarding fabrication schedules and dispatch timelines.

Fabrication Monitoring

• Track fabrication progress with manufacturers.
• Coordinate inspection schedules and ensure timely completion.

Logistics Coordination

• Plan shipment and delivery of equipment to project sites.
• Coordinate logistics schedules with vendors and transporters.

Site Deployment

• Plan manpower mobilization to project sites.
• Coordinate installation schedules with site teams.

Project Monitoring

• Maintain project progress reports.
• Conduct internal coordination meetings with engineering teams.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering

Experience

• 2-5 years in industrial project execution / EPC / plant projects.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Office
