Industry : EPC | Transmission & Distribution

Were seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our operations in the UAE. This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional from large, reputed organizations in Infrastructure space, with a strong blend of Business Development acumen and Project Execution expertise .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead country-level operations and drive strategic growth.
• Manage large-scale EPC projects with a focus on timely delivery, Safety and quality.
• Build and nurture client relationships to expand business opportunities.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 20+ years of experience in Transmission & Distribution EPC or Infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in project execution and business development.
• Prior exposure to the Middle East market , especially UAE.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
