The opportunity : Project Director-NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS-PC-Talent - Bangalore

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

_x000D_ Lead the design and engineering strategy for mixed-use developments (commercial real estate and industrial warehousing) projects from concept to completion. 
_x000D_ Implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure scalability, efficiency, and sustainability. 
_x000D_ Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural designs while ensuring adherence to industry standards  
_x000D_ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors, to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives. 
_x000D_ Manage design reviews to ensure project viability. 
_x000D_ Incorporate energy-efficient technologies and sustainable design principles into the development of project. 
_x000D_ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory codes, standards, and certifications, including green building certifications (e.g., LEED, IGBC). 
_x000D_ Provide leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and technical specialists. 
_x000D_ Evaluate emerging trends in mixed-use development design and engineering to maintain a competitive edge. 
_x000D_ Successful completion of engineering milestones within time, budget, and quality parameters. 
_x000D_ Development and implementation of innovative, energy-efficient design solutions. 
_x000D_ Attainment of relevant certifications (e.g., Tier III/IV, LEED Gold/Platinum) 
_x000D_ Leadership and team management to drive high performance. 
_x000D_ Ensure strong communication and stakeholder management with problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities 

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000D_ Qualification

20-25 years of experience in design and engineering, with at least 5 years in domain specific lead roles 
_x000D_ Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel buildings, pre-cast, electrical, mechanical, landscapes, building interiors, etc. 
_x000D_ Proven track record of managing end-to-end design for large-scale mixed-use developments including commercial Real Estate and Industrial warehousing. 

Additional Qualifications: 

Certifications such as PMP, or equivalent will be preferrable 
_x000D_ Familiarity with sustainability certifications like LEED or IGBC Green Building Certification. 
_x000D_ Familiarity with industry codes and standards, including NBC, ASHRAE, NEC, and NFPA.

min 202-25 years of Construction industry exp.
