Job Summary

The Project director lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all large-scale commercial and data center projects. This role demands a senior-level professional with deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end works. The incumbent will act as a key interface between design, execution teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of components as per Tier III / Tier IV standards, while maintaining high quality and safety benchmarks.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech / M. Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 15 + years of relevant experience in the execution and project management of large-scale works, preferably in hyperscale data centers, IT parks, or similar infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of Tier III / Tier IV standards, modern building systems, relevant codes and regulations.

Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders in high-pressure project environments.
