The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

_x000d_ Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

_x000d_ As Performance Improvement Senior Manager, you'll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. With guidance from partners, directors and senior managers. You will be responsible for project delivery and identify potential business opportunities for EY.

 Client service delivery/execution

Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization
_x000d_ Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations

 Knowledge Management

Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views
_x000d_ Contribute to knowledge development and management

Business development

Manage clients & accounts and built professional relationships
_x000d_ Meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients
_x000d_ Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise

_x000d_ Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000d_ Qualification

·        B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background

Experience

·       12 - 15 years of work experience in either of the following areas:

·       Currently working with consulting organization, preferably in similar role or a government organizations/ ministry / funding agency willing to move to a consulting organization

·       Currently associated with Development Advisory work, NGOs, Training Service Providers, NSDC Partners etc. and willing to move to a consulting organization

·       Currently working with Government advisory consulting/ urban development in the areas of infrastructure development, financing, drainage, city development/ planning, in other Big 4s, Accenture, or funding agencies or other organizations
