Project Delivery & Performance Lead (AI)

About the Role:

Were looking for a passionate and results-driven AI Delivery & Performance Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions and ensure they generate measurable business value. This role will be instrumental in driving execution excellence, tracking performance metrics, and improving solution adoption across enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of AI projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes within defined timelines.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (business KPIs, model effectiveness, adoption rates, etc.) to measure impact.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to resolve delivery challenges.
• Conduct project reviews and create executive dashboards to communicate progress and blockers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and delivery frameworks.
• Champion a data-driven and value-focused delivery culture.

Qualifications:

• 8-15 years of experience in delivery/project management within AI, analytics, or technology domains.
• Proven track record of delivering AI or data-driven solutions with tangible business impact.
• Strong understanding of AI solution lifecycles, model deployment, and measurement frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working with cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Experience:

Prior exposure to insurance, financial services, or enterprise SaaS delivery.

Understanding of AI governance, compliance, or operationalization at scale.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Power BI/Tableau, or ML monitoring platforms.
