Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports the smooth execution of projects by coordinating between internal teams, tracking tasks, and ensuring timelines are followed. This is an execution-focused role, not a decision-making position.
- Coordinate daily activities between design, development, marketing, and sales teams
- Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain project documents, trackers, and status reports
- Follow up with team members for task updates
- Communicate basic updates to clients when required
- Assist in scheduling meetings and internal reviews
- Escalate delays or issues to the Project Manager / Founder
- Ensure work is completed as per defined process and timelines
- Good communication (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
- Basic understanding of office tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Email)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn project tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
- Graduate / final-year student
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional attitude and ownership mindset
