Project Coordinator - UAV programs

About Us:

We are developingnext-generation aerospace platformsthat combine advanced airframes, avionics, propulsion, and systems into high-performance vehicles. As Program Coordinator, you will be thecentral link between engineering, program management, and documentation control, ensuring the program moves smoothly throughgated reviews and PLM workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Support theplanning and tracking of program milestones(PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.).
• Maintain and enforceconfiguration controlacross CAD models, analysis files, and documentation.
• Own thePLM workflow(3DEXPERIENCE / Teamcenter or equivalent):
• Approve and release design documents, BoMs, and drawings.
• Track issues, revisions, and change requests (ECR/ECN).
• Prepare and circulatereview packagesfor gated milestones.
• Monitor progress of subsystem teams (design, aero, structures, avionics, propulsion).
• Supportrisk registers, schedules, and resource plansfor the program.
• Coordinate with suppliers, prototyping, and testing teams for logistics and readiness.
• Ensuredocumentation and data discipline, maintaining traceability of all program artefacts.
• Act assingle source of truthfor the program dashboard timelines, deliverables, and risks.

Requried Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's in Engineering, Program/Project Management, MBA or related field.
• 36 years of experiencecoordinating aerospace, automotive, or complex engineering programs.
• Familiarity withPLM tools(3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, Windchill, or equivalent).
• Knowledge ofgated program processes(concept PDR CDR testing release).
• Strong skills inMS Project, Excel, or equivalent scheduling/tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation discipline.
