Job Title: Regional Project Coordinator
Experience- 8 to 12 Years

The companys core offerings include safety screen systems, vertical safety net systems, loading platforms, walkway planks, fan netting systems, and other customized safety products designed to meet the evolving needs of modern construction. It works closely with leading real estate developers, contractors, and project management teams to ensure world-class safety standards are maintained on every site.
Job Description
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Align regional goals with site-level execution plans.
- Coordinate between company's Sr. management, client, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
2. Safety Management
- Conduct regular visits to project site and proactively highlight risk to responsible in-charges.
3. Quality Assurance
- Monitor construction practices to ensure adherence to design and specs.
- Resolve quality deviations swiftly to avoid rework and delays.
4. Timely Delivery
- Track progress using project management tools (e.g., MS Project and advance excel).
- Identify bottlenecks and deploy mitigation strategies.
- Ensure milestone adherence and flag delays early.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Report daily DPR to Head office
- Ensure timely handover of the tower/ project and prepare adequate documentation
6. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between Sr. management, sales team, clients and project teams.
- Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and address concerns.
- Follow-up with client for payments as per directives of management
- Visit client site along with Sales team
7. Problem Solving & Crisis Management
- Lead resolution of cross-project conflicts or technical challenges.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
8. Resource Management & Optimization
- Allocate labour, equipment, and materials across projects for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor productivity and adjust deployment based on site needs.
Leadership Traits
Multi-project agility: Ability to juggle priorities across diverse geographies and timelines.
Mentorship: Train junior coordinators and site engineers to scale operational excellence.
Qualification
- Diploma and or Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8-12 years experience
