Were looking for a deadline-oriented, accountable Project Coordinator who treats the companys work like their own and understands that real growth requires patience, ownership, and consistency.

This role is not for someone chasing a title or a comfortable 95. This role is for someone who wants to build something meaningful from the inside.

What You Will Own

• End-to-end coordination of multiple social media clients
• Acting as the primary communication bridge between CMO, Internal team, and clients
• Creating and managing content calendars and execution plans
• Assigning, tracking, and closing daily tasks for the social media team
• Ensuring deadlines are met without excuses
• Managing team productivity, follow-ups, and day-to-day operational challenges
• Handling client concerns and arguments patiently and professionally
• Ensuring effective resource utilisation across projects
• Maintaining clear systems, trackers, and workflows
• Helping integrate new-age tools and systems to scale operations faster

Role Details

• Position : Project Coordinator Social Media
• Work Mode : Work from Office only
• Salary : Upto 40,000 per month ( based on skills & experience )
• Location : JLPL Aerocity Mohali ( Preference to people from Tricity only )
