Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of milestones.
• Follow up with departments on assigned tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and flag potential risks or delays to the project manager.
• Assist in resource allocation and maintaining project-related databases or trackers.
• Handle day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the project.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic project management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 25 years of relevant experience in project coordination or support (Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).
