Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator for a full-time on-site role based in Kochi, India. The Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day project operations, ensure effective communication between internal teams and clients, streamline project workflows, and monitor deadlines and deliverables. They will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, tracking progress, and resolving potential issues to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves supporting the broader sales and execution teams with administrative and strategic coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation and reports
  • Coordinate between internal teams and stakeholders
  • Support project managers in execution and follow-ups
  • Monitor task progress and escalate risks/issues
  • Organize meetings, MOMs, and action trackers
  • Ensure compliance with project processes
  • Support resource allocation and task assignments
  • Maintain project dashboards and trackers


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, including email and verbal correspondence, for effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software with the ability to monitor project progress and generate reports.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking to address project challenges and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, lead generation, and outbound strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.
  • Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or a similar role is highly desirable.
