Project Coordinator/Operations Associate (Bagru Industrial Area | Immediate Joiner)

• Salary: 30,000 40,000 per month (Fixed / In-hand - without deduction)
• Commute: A dedicated free Cab Shuttle is provided from 200 Ft Bypass, Ajmer road if required.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized individual to manage on-ground projects and public dealing at our Bagru office. This role requires a unique blend of traditional project management, strong documentation skills, and modern digital proficiency. You will be the bridge between technical requirements and public/vendor interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure project milestones are met within the Bagru industrial facility.
• Public & Vendor Dealing: Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, vendors, and public inquiries.
• Digital Operations: Utilize internet tools, project management software, and digital platforms to streamline workflows.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records, reports, and project files. Strong attention to detail in written communication is mandatory.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management team regarding project status and any bottlenecks.

Requirements & Skills

• Project Management tool: Hands-on experience with Clickup tool.
• Experience: Previous experience in public-facing roles, office administration, or project coordination.
• Language Proficiency: English & Hindi: Must be fluent (Written and Verbal).
• Marwari language (plus point): A significant advantage for local coordination and public dealing.
• Tech Savvy: Advanced internet research skills and proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately and work from our Bagru Industrial area office.
