Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator, located in Greater Noida.

The Project Coordinator will manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, track project milestones,(internally at production and externally for site readiness) and ensure efficient team collaboration., that shall include In house production, contractors and third party installation teams.

The capability to read store layouts, and drawings is a mandatory requirement.

Clear understanding of BOQ -Bill of quantities will be a definite advantage.

Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring timely delivery within project objectives.

The role requires organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to manage multiple ongoing projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills including task coordination, milestone tracking, and deadline management
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping to maintain updated project records
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to address challenges and provide effective solutions
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables
• BSc/Engineer/Diploma in Design/BCom, along with a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience required is 5 years in project coordination or a related role is an advantage
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
