Project Coordinator (Interior Execution)

We are looking for aProject Coordinatorwith strong experience ininterior executionto support and coordinate multiple retail and commercial projects. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between clients, site teams, procurement, vendors and finance while maintaining complete documentation and project control.

• Receivedesign drawings, BOQs and scope detailsfrom clients/designers.
• Prepare or verifyBOQs cost sheets and quotations.
• Trackdesign revisions and scope changesand ensure updates are circulated to all stakeholders.
• Maintainproject-wise folders(drawings, BOQs, POs, approvals, emails).

• Act assingle point of contactfor key clients.
• Coordinate between:
• Project Managers / Project Executives
• Procurement team
• Finance & billing team
• Vendors & subcontractors
• Ensureall approvals are documented via email/messages(no verbal approvals).

• Share approved BOQs with procurement.
• Trackmaterial orders, delivery schedules, and shortages.
• Coordinate vendor settlementspost project completion.
• Ensure rate comparisons are prepared when required.

• Assist in preparingproject schedules / Gantt charts.
• Trackdaily & weekly progress updatesfrom sites.
• Highlight Delays
• Cost overruns
• Pending approvals
• Scope mismatches
• Preparemanagement update reports.

• Coordinaterunning bills & final billswith site teams.
• Cross-check bills with BOQ and approved rates.
• Ensure all required documents are available before billing.
• Coordinate with finance forpayment follow-ups.

• Tracksnag list closurein coordination with Quality & Site teams.
• Ensure completion documentation is in place.
• Assist inproject handover & closure formalities.

• 36 years experience ininterior execution / contracting
• Strong understanding of BOQs
• Drawings (AutoCAD reading & basic modifications)
• Interior execution workflows
• Excellentcommunication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented and proactive
• Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working with retail brands and mall projects
