About Us:

We are looking for two motivated Project Coordinator Interns to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing projects, interacting with clients, and working closely with our project teams. Upon completion of the internship, you will be entrusted with taking over a project and playing a key role in its success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating various project activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
• Support in tracking project progress and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and project management methods quickly.
• Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
• Work well under pressure and help drive the project to meet tight deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and productive under pressure.
• Eagerness to learn new skills, processes, and tools, even when the challenge is steep.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to maintain positive relationships with both clients and team members.
• Basic knowledge or a strong interest in project management. Certification related to project management is a plus.
