Project Coordinator - B1/B2 Visa Eligible

About the Role:

We are seeking an experiencedProject Coordinator to oversee and support construction projects across the US, Australia, and Europe. The applicant should have a proven record in global project coordination, familiarity with digital project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Asana), and strong cross-cultural communication abilities.

Job Title: Project Coordinator - International Construction Projects (US)

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office Only)

Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Work from Office), Monday to Friday

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, deliverables, and schedules across multiple time zones.
• Manage communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and timely updates.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (schedules, RFIs, transmittals, change orders, progress reports, and meeting notes).
• Utilize construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or Procore) to track progress and generate reports.
• Assist in budget control, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.
• Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure effective communication with international stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and best practices for international project coordination.
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel to the United States as needed for project and client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 36 years of relevant experience inconstruction project coordination or management , preferably ininternational markets (US, Australia, Europe) .
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows, documentation, and scheduling tools.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with a professional command of English.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple project priorities efficiently.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working innight shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST) to align with overseas clients.
