Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables. You will play a crucial role in ensuring project success and timely delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage project management office activities effectively. - Track project progress and ensure timely delivery. - Proactively monitor and report on the execution of project deliverables. - Collaborate with team members to address project challenges. - Provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Strong understanding of project management principles. - Experience in tracking project progress and deliverables. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
