Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner for Service Integration and Management (SIAM), you will be responsible for tracking and managing project management office activities, proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting on the execution of deliverables. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SIAM and Critical Incident Management to support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and management of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) processes and procedures. - Track and manage project management office activities, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. - Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, utilizing your expertise in Critical Incident Management to mitigate risks and resolve issues. - Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, utilizing effective communication and presentation skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in project management, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
