Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. You will proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables. Your typical day will involve ensuring smooth project operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing timely updates on project progress. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate with project teams to track and manage project management office activities. - Proactively monitor project execution and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Support project managers in resource allocation and budget management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in project planning, scheduling, and tracking. - Knowledge of project management tools and software. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Familiarity with project management frameworks such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - This position is based at our Thiruvananthapuram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
