Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. You will proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth progress of projects, identifying and resolving any issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified timelines and budgets. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and track project management office activities. - Proactively monitor the execution of deliverables. - Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution. - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within specified timelines and budgets. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in tracking and managing project deliverables. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
