Job Description
Project Role Description : Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
Must have skills : Incident Management
Good to have skills : Service Integration and Management (SIAM), Critical Incident Management
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Graduate or above
Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for tracking and managing project management office activities and proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting on the execution of deliverables related to Incident Management. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Incident Management to support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the Incident Management process and ensure timely resolution of incidents to minimize business impact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex incidents and problems. - Develop and maintain Incident Management policies, procedures, and documentation. - Provide guidance and support to other teams on Incident Management processes and procedures. - Conduct regular reviews of Incident Management processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. - Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Incident Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions related to Incident Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
