Job Description
Project Role Description : Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
Must have skills : Incident Management
Good to have skills : Critical Incident Management, Service Integration and Management (SIAM)

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for tracking and managing project management office activities and proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting on the execution of deliverables related to Incident Management. Your typical day will involve managing critical incidents and ensuring service integration and management for sustained competitive advantage. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the incident management process, ensuring timely resolution of critical incidents and minimizing the impact on business operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service integration and management, including experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) principles. - Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables related to Incident Management, utilizing project management tools and techniques. - Develop and maintain incident management policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to incident management processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Critical Incident Management and Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in utilizing project management tools and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Incident Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in project management, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
