Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. You will proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables. Your typical day will involve ensuring smooth project operations, coordinating with team members, and providing timely updates on project progress. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate with project teams to track and manage project management office activities. - Proactively monitor project execution and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Support project managers in resource allocation and budget management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to analyze and interpret project data and metrics. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
