_x000d_ The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with the technical and cultural needs of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, including various roles, technologies, and skills.

·        A post graduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM from reputed institute

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an agency or corporate.

We are in search of an energetic and reliable IT Recruiter to join our team.
_x000d_ In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified 
_x000d_ individuals for various roles across IT/ Non IT.
_x000d_ The IT Recruiter’s responsibilities include defining hiring criteria, coordinating interviews, 
_x000d_ and maintaining candidate databases.
_x000d_ Candidates with a good understanding of IT terminologies and roles, along with 
_x000d_ strong communication and organizational skills, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
_x000d_ •Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and 
_x000d_ professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
_x000d_ •Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate 
_x000d_ candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
_x000d_ •Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, 
_x000d_ involving relevant stakeholders in the decision-making process.
_x000d_ •Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout 
_x000d_ the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
_x000d_ •Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to 
_x000d_ attract a diverse pool of candidates.
_x000d_ •Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job 
_x000d_ requirements and provide recruitment updates.
_x000d_ •Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all 
_x000d_ candidate information is accurate and up to date.
_x000d_ •Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in IT recruitment, including salary 
_x000d_ benchmarks, industry demands, and emerging technologies
