Role Description

This role supports the project planning and execution team in coordinating ongoing projects and ensuring that activities across teams move forward as planned.

We are looking for someone who can help track project progress, follow up with internal teams, and maintain visibility on tasks and timelines to ensure smooth execution.

The role involves working closely with the project team to monitor deliverables, coordinate updates, and ensure that required actions are completed on schedule.

What the Role Involves

Support the project planning and execution team in coordinating ongoing projects

Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams

Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of assigned work

Maintain project trackers and status updates

Assist in preparation of project documents, reports, and presentations

Ensure communication and coordination between teams involved in project execution

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology

Strong organisational and coordination skills

Ability to track multiple tasks and follow up across teams

Comfortable working with project trackers, Excel, and documentation
