Project Associate

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, or Development Management from an accredited institute.

Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in project management within the development sector and strong computer proficiency:

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in program/project management within the agriculture or rural development department .
• Technical Skills: Proven working efficiency with computer and MS Office tools .

Scope of Work

The Project Associate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and compliance of departmental projects:

Project Planning & Development:

• Plan and oversee departmental projects and programs.
• Develop program implementation roadmaps and timelines.

Compliance & Monitoring:

• Ensure strict compliance with state and central government guidelines.
• Monitor performance effectively through MIS and reporting systems.

Analysis & Policy Support:

• Support policy formulation activities.
• Prepare analytical reports based on project data and performance.

Capacity Building & Coordination:

• Build capacity of state and district-level teams.
• Assist in program planning, stakeholder management, and government coordination.
