Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Architect to join our team in South Delhi. The role involves leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.

The Project Architect will oversee technical design and documentation including programming, conceptual studies, and construction documentation. The role requires managing and mentoring small teams, directing design processes, and ensuring seamless coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities. The candidate will lead communications for project approvals, ensure code and regulatory compliance, and resolve technical issues during documentation and construction.

This position demands enhanced design sensibility with the ability to implement creative, contextually responsive, and technically sound solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with COA Registration
• 46 years of professional experience in architectural practice

Software Skills

Advanced proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Rhino (including plug-ins)
• Photoshop
• MS Office Suite

Intermediate proficiency in:

• Revit
• InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Environmental analysis software (e.g., DesignBuilder)
• Visualization and rendering software

Key Competencies

• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to lead small teams, mentor junior architects, and practice effective delegation
• Clear and professional communication skills
