Hiring: Project Architect (4-6 Years) | CoA Registered | Institutional & Commercial Projects

KlimArt Architects - 25+ years of building climate-responsive architecture across India with 250+ institutional projects - is hiring a Project Architect to lead project components and grow into senior leadership at our Bangalore design headquarters.

You'll work on tech parks, institutional campuses, office complexes, school campuses, and mixed-use developments - leading documentation, coordinating consultants, and developing the technical execution skills that define great architecture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead project components from design development through construction documentation on large-scale institutional and commercial projects

Develop detailed working drawings and GFC documentation - create architectural details, joinery systems, facade detailing, and construction specifications under guidance of Senior Architects

Coordinate with consultants - work with structural, MEP, landscape, and fire consultants to integrate building systems and ensure design coordination

Prepare construction documentation - working drawings, schedules, door/window schedules, finish schedules, BOQs that meet NBC codes and project standards

Support design execution quality - maintain studio documentation standards, develop detailing for assigned project components, ensure technical accuracy

Manage small teams of 2-3 junior architects and interns assign tasks, review outputs, provide guidance on technical execution

Participate in site visits - support construction supervision, resolve design queries on-site, coordinate with contractors under Senior Architect guidance

Assist in client presentations - support design development presentations, document client feedback, communicate technical solutions

Mentor junior architects - provide guidance on drawing preparation, detailing standards, and construction documentation

YOU MUST HAVE

4-6 years of professional experience in architectural practice

B.Arch degree + CoA (Council of Architecture) registration

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD - mandatory

Revit or Rhino experience - highly desirable

Strong working drawing experience - demonstrated ability to prepare detailed construction documentation and architectural detailing

Experience on institutional or large-scale commercial projects - campuses, office buildings, tech parks, or mixed-use developments preferred

Consultant coordination experience - worked with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants on 3+ projects

Beginning team leadership experience - guided 1-2 junior architects or interns

Portfolio showing technical execution quality - working drawings, details, and built project documentation required

Understanding of NBC codes, building systems, and construction methodology
