Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Project Architect. In this role, you will oversee architectural project planning and management from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include developing designs, preparing submittals, coordinating with clients and consultants, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) and contribute to sustainable design efforts, while working closely with teams to bring innovative architectural concepts to life.

Qualifications

• Experience with preparing and reviewing Submittals for design and construction processes
• Expertise in Project Management, including timelines, budgets, and team collaboration
• Strong technical, creative, and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional architect licensure or significant progress toward licensure
• Familiarity with UDCPR / local building codes and regulations
