Project Architect [ Coordination & Management ]

ROLE SUMMARY

This role contributes to architectural project coordination and management and supports delivery from design planning and consultant alignment through execution monitoring and final handover. The Project Architect works under the Project Lead and is responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring that design intent, technical documentation, and site execution remain aligned. This role is suited for candidates with 1-3 year of experience.

WHAT YOU"DO

Coordinate between design, consultants, procurement, and site teams to ensure structured project flow.

Prepare and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.

Ensure drawings, revisions, and documentation are updated and circulated systematically.

Conduct coordination meetings and document MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).

Monitor site progress to ensure alignment with approved drawings and timelines.

Resolve inter-departmental gaps impacting execution or approvals.

Track material approvals, consultant inputs, and design clarifications.

Support quantity verification, billing coordination, and vendor follow-ups.

Maintain structured reporting formats including DPRs and weekly progress summaries.

Assist in snag tracking, closure coordination, and final project documentation.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH

Taking ownership of project coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Managing communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Making structured decisions related to scheduling, documentation flow, and coordination priorities.

Tracking quality, timelines, and accountability across departments.

Providing consistent progress reports and escalation updates to the reporting manager.
