Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings with precision and creativity
• Collaborate with senior architects and team to refine designs and improve project efficiency
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and deliver thoughtful design solutions
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors, and resolve on-site challenges proactively
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project specifications

Qualifications & Skills

• 13 years of experience in architectural design and project execution
• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools (D5, Lumion, Enscape,Twin motion etc.)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability on site
• Confident, client-friendly communication with an outgoing personality
• Exhibits an open, collaborative mindset with a strong ability to engage, contribute, and grow within a creative team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate efficiently
