Job Description
We are looking to onboard an Accountant to be part of our Projects Department, supporting ongoing construction, renovation, and development works across multiple projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors, and who understands the financial and administrative rigor required on live project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project-wise accounting records and cost tracking
- Process vendor bills, certifications, and payment documentation
- Support budgeting, cost control, and variance tracking for ongoing works
- Coordinate with project managers on BOQs, measurements, and billing
- Maintain statutory records, compliance documentation, and audit support related to projects
- Handle administrative and accounting support for multiple concurrent projects
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Accounting
- 36 years of experience, preferably in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or hospitality project
- sStrong working knowledge of accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred
- )Comfortable with documentation, coordination, and follow-up
- sDetail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-moving project environment
