Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Desk operations and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our systems directly impacting our companys success and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Desk operations.
  • Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Ensure the timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to enhance system performance.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across all IT systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery.
