Design

• ▪ Understand requirements and prerequisites and dependencies.

• ▪ Implement standard operating principles created by the technical lead and senior system administrator, for the development system.

• Awareness & understanding of the different methodologies (Agile etc).

• Implementation.

• ▪ Under guidance Provision, install and configure application environment for developers.

• ▪ Deploy latest patches, provided by vendors, in development environment to improve the stability of development system.

• ▪ Apply rapid deployment solution.

• ▪ Apply best practices and standard operating principles under guidance.

• ▪ Create roles and profiles for application security based on the specifications approved in the design phase.

• Testing.

• Understand server metrics to be captured before and after the Testing and support application team during Testing.

• Configuration, Deployment and Closure.

• ▪ Implement standard operating principles for production environment.

• ▪ Promote code fixes from development system to quality system and from quality system to production system.

• Ongoing System Administration.

• ▪ Monitor job inputs and interfaces.

• ▪ Support in identification of performance bottlenecks.

• ▪ Perform basic administration tasks using cloud service console.

• ▪ Basic understanding of Cloud Users provisioning and access & roles management.

• Knowledge Management.

• Seek inputs from knowledge repository to resolve problems.
