Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP Commerce functionalities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various SAP Commerce functions including Customer Service Backoffice WCMS PCM B2C and B2B. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and implementation of SAP Commerce functionalities to enhance customer service operations.Oversee the integration of SAP Commerce Backoffice functionalities to streamline business processes.Provide expertise in SAP Commerce WCMS Functional to improve content management systems.Implement SAP Commerce PCM Functional to optimize product content management.Manage SAP Commerce B2C Functional to enhance business-to-consumer interactions.Utilize SAP Commerce B2B Functional to improve business-to-business transactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Commerce functionalities.Conduct regular system audits to ensure the integrity and efficiency of SAP Commerce systems.Develop and maintain documentation for all SAP Commerce functionalities and processes.Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Commerce functionalities.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Stay updated with the latest SAP Commerce trends and technologies to ensure best practices.Contribute to the companys overall success by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP Commerce systems.
